Young people are the most vulnerable to accident and injury in the workplace. More than 2000 people aged 15-24 are injured in Victorian workplaces every year and their injuries are more likely to result in hospitalisation. This briefing will show you how to talk with young people about safety, how to train then and give ongoing support, and how you can bolster your organisation’s safety culture for everyone.
