Non-Member Industrial Relations Support

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Victorian Chamber has set up a dedicated service for non-members to receive support for industrial relations matters. The service will include over-the-phone advice, webinars, fact sheets, newsletters and other resources.

We will help non-members by providing advice on Federal employment law, such as:

  • COVID-19 advice
  • JobKeeper
  • Returning to work
  • Wages and award interpretation
  • Disciplinary processes, performance management and termination
  • Personal illness and injury
  • Parental leave and flexible working arrangements
  • Redundancy
