Leanne has spent the last 10 years working within the Workers Compensation sector, primarily focusing on Victorian Workers Compensation and she has managed claims with other legislative jurisdictions within Australia.

She has gained extensive experience in her roles as Occupational Rehabilitation Provider, Self-Insurer Case Manager and Rehabilitation Specialist as well as Injury Management Advisor. Throughout the various roles, Leanne has worked closely with HR and Safety Teams to manage return to work processes for non-compensable injuries, mediation and management of the fitness for duties processes.

Leanne has worked on multiple secondments where she provided services in injury prevention, early intervention and injury management and has also worked on various projects developing, implementing and monitoring injury management programs and streamlining companies’ WorkCover processes and file management.
