Marcelle Davis is the Chief People Officer of VicRoads Registration, Licensing and Custom Plates. VicRoads RLS was created as a joint venture consortium of Aware Super, Australian Retirement Trust and Macquarie Asset Management to run the registration, licensing and custom plates service under a 40 year concession arrangement with the Victorian Government from August 2022. A member of the Executive, Marcelle is responsible for all aspects of people management, including work health, safety and well-being, organisational development, workplace relations, talent acquisition and payroll services.

A qualified employment lawyer, Marcelle came to VicRoads after 8 years with leading transport operator, CDC Victoria, where she worked as General Manager, People, Culture and Operations. At CDC Marcelle was responsible for developing programs such as the Driven Women employment campaign championing female employees, as well as the WorkSafe award winning Healthy Minds Work mental health and well-being initiative.

Prior to her role at CDC, Marcelle held a number of senior HR and IR management positions in the health, disability and community services sector, as well as construction and media industries.

Marcelle is also on the Board of the Victorian Men’s Shed Association.
