Michele is one of the Chamber's leading workplace trainers, specialising in Leadership and Management, Human Behaviour and Emotional Intelligence.

She has over 25 years’ experience in coaching, training and marketing and is very passionate about working with business owners and their teams to help them develop professionally and personally and all reach their full potential.

Michele is an NLP practitioner, DISC, workplace motivators and emotional quotient assessor, workplace and business coach and has published her first book “Time to Create a Better Life” and is currently working on her second book.

A highly experienced trainer, Michele was awarded an International Research Fellowship from ISS Institute in 2021 to undertake research to develop greater understanding of international trends to ensure training delivers behaviour changes and results for the individual and the organisation.

Coaching Services

Michele believes in the coaching mantra by Sir John Whitmore “Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise his or her own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.”

Coaching is a powerful technique of listening and questioning that enables a person to gain awareness and identify where they want to be, where they are now, what options they have to move forward and what they will actually do to move forward.

Michele works with individuals to empower them to find solutions and take accountability for their actions through asking great questions and seeking their opinion first. A core skill is listening without forming judgements, being present and setting goals and making commitments towards actions.

Every human being has peak performance potential. Even though we are in the era of increasing change and complexity, as coaches we are called to enthuse, to energise and to empower the clients to forge ahead in every arena and their work and life.

Michele has experience working with leaders in some of the business associated with Victoria’s Big Build project, members from the Dandenong Chamber of Commerce and individuals looking to level up their career.
