Please join us for this timely webinar in which the Commissioner of Wage Inspectorate Victoria, Robert Hortle and Victorian Small Business Commissioner Lynda McAlary-Smith will present on how their respective organisations can help businesses get on the right track for 2022.

Mr Hortle will provide an overview of Victoria’s new wage theft laws which aim to address deliberate and dishonest underpayment of wages and entitlements, how wage theft differs from honest mistakes, the education, support, and advice available from his office, and why the new laws are important for helping create a level playing field for Victorian businesses.

Ms McAlary-Smith will outline the schemes and supports that you might be entitled to and explain how her office can help resolve and avoid disputes with other parties.
