Accelerating investment in business and education, urgent tax reform, increased clarity about the reliability, cost and path to net zero and turbo charging Regional Victoria are among the recommendations in the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 2024-25 Federal Budget Submission.

Following extensive consultation with members and stakeholders, the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has released its Careers Services Policy Paper, entitled “Boosting Business with Career Services”. It puts forward 29 recommendations that would improve the future of careers services, both in Victoria and Australia-wide.

The Victorian Chamber welcomes the decision by the State Government to lift its working from home recommendation and encourage people to safely return to the office.

The Victorian Chamber has today launched a new member-exclusive service, the Grant Finder online tool, to make it quicker and easier for Victorian businesses to access grants applicable to their operations and projects.
