Preparing your business for Victoria’s new environment protection laws

New environmental protection laws come into effect on 1 July 2020 and we need your input on how the proposed regulations are likely to impact your business.

The regulations will be relevant to members who are in industrial processing and manufacturing, agriculture, building and construction, resource management, transport, waste collection disposal or recycling, and anyone whose business requires licences or permits from the EPA for their operations.

The Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is preparing a submission on how the regulations will impact members and would like to hear from you to help us shape our response. We invite you to complete the following online survey by 7 October 2019.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and your response will be treated in line with our privacy policy.

If you would like to discuss the new EPA laws in further detail with us please feel free to contact Nathan Potter in the Victorian Chamber policy and advocacy department on (03) 8662 5119.
