Financial complaint? Take part in the AFCA Roadshow: Small Business Forums

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is an impartial and independent not-for-profit company established to provide consumers and small businesses with fair, free and independent dispute resolution for financial complaints.

AFCA considers complaints about:

  • credit, finance and loans
  • insurance
  • banking deposits and payments
  • investments and financial advice
  • superannuation

As part of the AFCA Financial Fairness Roadshow, this month a series of free forums for small businesses will be held in select regional areas. These forums are a great opportunity to learn about how AFCA can help small businesses with financial complaints, meet AFCA staff, and ask any burning questions.
