New to Human Resources

This training course is performed remotely over the period of a half-day. It aims to introduce individuals without any background in HR to the valued practices of the position that will allow your business to establish a strong and positive workplace culture.

The course will tackle the challenging aspects of a HR role and serves as a valuable tool to for individuals lacking formal training in the area. At the completion of the program, a strong knowledge of HR Policies, recruitment processes, performance management and The Fair Work Act 2009 will be achieved.

The main objective of this one-day remote learning course is to provide you with the knowledge to perform standard functions and processes within a human resource role.

Learning outcomes of this course include having the ability to successfully determine and coordinate effective strategies for the delivery of human resource actions.

Performance Management Training

This course on performance management will teach you the certain requirements to be able to manage your performance at a high level. You will learn how to set expectations with staff, disciplinary processes and formal counselling discussing structures and skills.

The course teaches you to also understand the legal considerations and the considerations in performance management cycles to allow their staff to aim high and reach their potential. The course is specifically aimed at those who want to strive for the highest whilst also being a supervisor, manager, team leader or a HR practitioner.

Diploma of Human Resource Management

The course outlines specific and detailed ways that a hardworking Human Resources manager can benefit when it comes down to their work lives. The practical hands-on course allows you to directly insert the comprehensive HR learnings in your current job with assessments based in a work setting.
