Committed to providing excellence in our training services, the Victorian Chamber delivers more than 700 short courses, nationally recognised diplomas and certificates, briefings and webinars to business across the state each year.

Our courses are designed by industry experts to enhance the skills of Victorian employees spanning all sectors, ensuring all businesses thrive and prosper.

Here are some of our top choices as staff return to the office:

Lead and Manage Organisational Change

In the current business and economic environments, change happens constantly and is an essential force to drive continuous improvement and maintain competitiveness. While organisations are all keen to embrace change for the perceived benefits, they are mostly unprepared for it and often lack the fundamental knowledge and tools to guide the organisation effectively through a smooth transition.

Managed poorly, the process of change creates major problems for culture, people and ultimately the entire operation. Managed well, it becomes the catalyst for growth and success.

If you are in a managerial role, have considerable work experience and organisational knowledge, mastering successful change management is the next logical step in your professional development as a manager and leader in your organisation or business.

Taking a structured approach to change management, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to determine strategic change requirements and opportunities, and to develop, implement and evaluate change management strategies.

Managing Yourself Through Change - Self-paced Learning

Change is a constant in our lives – both in our personal lives and in our work lives. For many of our team members, change can be stressful. It is helpful to understand how to manage yourself during this process of change.

This course is designed to encourage pause and check how you’re feeling. It’s an opportunity to reflect on your emotions, both positive and negative.

Building Resilience - Remote Learning

Learn to control the way you respond to things that happen in the workplace and build resilience through a combination of self-awareness and self-management strategies and techniques.

Facilitated by a registered psychologist, this course is suited to anyone, at any level within the organisation, that wants to build their skills and resources to effectively manage stress, improve focus and attention, strengthen self-awareness and increase feelings of wellbeing.

Emotional Intelligence - Remote Learning

Think intelligently with emotions in the workplace. Perceive, express, understand and manage emotions in a professional and effective manner.

This workshop aims to develop your emotional intelligence, also referred to as EI or EQ, to improve your managerial capability. By perceiving, understanding, expressing and managing emotions effectively at work you will contribute to the development of a sustainable organisation.
