• Targeted HR review
• Ongoing support – advice line and mitigation plan
• Covering all essentials – awards, wages and policies
• Tools and templates, including employment contracts.

Our expert workplace relations consultants start by getting to know your business and providing you with access to our library of tools and templates, including a suite of employment contract templates.

Next, the consultant will undertake a coverage assessment and a targeted review of your classifications, including targeted waged audits.

To ensure you have the fundamental building blocks in place, the expert consultants can either draft or review your key policies to ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose.

After completing the review, you will receive a report and mitigation plan setting out any recommendations.

The support does not end there. The Advice Line will be on hand for 12 months to provide telephone advice and support.
