Victorian Chamber launches Grant Finder online tool

The Victorian Chamber has today launched a new member-exclusive service, the Grant Finder online tool, to make it quicker and easier for Victorian businesses to access grants applicable to their operations and projects.

Grant Finder will empower Victorian businesses by providing them with a user-friendly and efficient ‘one-stop-shop’ to source and access Local, State and Federal Government grants and subsidised support, such as mentoring and tax breaks.

With the overwhelming amount of information regarding business support spread across multiple sites and channels, this platform will streamline the search.

From sole traders and start-ups to SMEs and large-scale organisations, businesses will no longer miss opportunities to grow their business or access support to get them through difficult times thanks to Grant Finder’s easy search function and ability to save criteria and set daily alerts specific to business’ needs.

Victorian Chamber members will also receive daily updates on when new grants become available, when applications are opening or closing and when other crucial information is announced, mitigating the risk of missing potential opportunities and assistance.

To be attributed to Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chief Executive Paul Guerra:

“Grants can be a game-changer for businesses, particularly after what has been a devastating 18 months of disruption. Offering the Grant Finder platform to our members is an important step in making sure money is going to the businesses that need it most.

“Often, there is a short window for applications and if you’re not constantly monitoring and updating a particular website, you risk missing out. This is a really simple and efficient platform that businesses can use to save time and make sure they know what’s out there, when new grants open and when existing grants close.

“COVID-19 support measures will be listed, but also looking beyond the pandemic, support is available for businesses who are wanting to diversify, or change their operating model, or whatever it may be – there is something for everyone.

“Victorian businesses have enough on their plates. The Victorian Chamber is proud to offer a service to our members that saves precious time and makes it easier to access crucial business support as efficiently as possible. I encourage all of our members to use this industry-leading service.”
