FSA have utilised VCCI extensively during the last 18 months to help us navigate through numerous business challenges. The McCarthy Plumbing Group joined the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in early 2020. We have utilised our membership in many ways, including undertaking courses such as the Mentally Health Workplace training. This training was free and has made such an impact on our workplace. We knew we wanted to ensure our workplace was mentally safe for our team but had no idea where to start. The training included a manager’s workshop, a full team training session and a follow-up survey. This workshop has provided us with the tools and confidence needed to improve our business and its team culture.

VCCI’s member resources are extremely beneficial to us, particularly the workplace relations tools including fact sheets, checklists, policy and document templates. In addition, they provide relevant news, media publications and webinars for members on topical issues. Their training programs cover a wide range of topics, are always very comprehensive and can be tailored to our specific needs and delivered onsite. Workplace Assured provides a valuable resource in having access to their 24-hour advice line for legal advice and assistance relating to workplace relations issues. We would highly recommend investing in memberships with VCCI and Workplace Assured.
