A Certificate of Free Sale is evidence that goods, such as food items and cosmetics, are legally sold or distributed in the open market, freely without restriction, and approved by the regulatory authorities in the country of origin (Australia).

Certificate of Health

A Certificate of Health is an official document that confirms your export products are fit for human consumption or use. When applying for a health certificate, all products must be produced/manufactured in Australia.

What do I require for my application?

Before you start your application, make sure you have all the required supporting information including:

• Full list of products you wish to have on the certificate
• A signed declaration statement on your company letterhead addressed to the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry outlining that the information on the certificate is true and correct. Please make reference to products listed on the certificate
• Documented evidence that all the listed products are sold in Australia (e.g. domestic invoice or purchase order between two Australian businesses)
• For Health Certificates, provide sufficient proof that all products to be listed on the health certificate are of Australian origin
