Designed to reinforce the value and benefits of diversity in the workplace, this course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to manage diversity in the workplace. It covers implementing the organisation’s diversity policy, fostering diversity within the work team and promoting the benefits of a diverse workplace.
At the end of this course you should be able to:

- Foster respect for diversity in the work team
- Promote the benefits of diversity.
This course is suitable for managers who may work with staff from different cultures, races, religions, generations, or other forms of difference in any industry context, and who direct teams of variable sizes.
Participants have the option to complete a post-course assessment, within three months from the date of the course.
If you successfully complete the post-course assessment, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBDIV501 Manage Diversity in the Workplace. This will give you credit into the Diploma of HR Management and a range of other high level qualifications.
