This course provides you with the skills and knowledge required to manage planning in relation to an organisation's workforce including researching requirements, developing objectives and strategies, implementing initiatives and monitoring and evaluating trends.
At the end of this course you should be able to:

- Develop workforce objectives and strategies
- Implement initiatives to support workforce planning objectives
- Monitor and evaluate workforce trends
This course is suitable for human resource managers or staff members with a role in a policy or planning unit that focuses on workforce planning
Participants have the option to complete a post-course assessment, within three months from the date of the course.
If you successfully complete the post-course assessment, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency BSBHRM513 Manage Workforce Planning. This will give you credit into the Diploma of HR Management and a range of other high level qualifications.
