While not every organisation can support hybrid working arrangements, there are many that can and are. There are challenges in ensuring the transition back to the workplace is smooth and efficient and it is important to know what is happening globally with this initiative.

The change from the traditional full-time office arrangements to the new hybrid working arrangements provides a range of challenges for organisations. Businesses and employees around the world have participated in surveys and you need to hear what they have to say.

This webinar covers some of the key basics of the following:

  • A summary of the recent research into hybrid working arrangements;
  • The opportunities and challenges this research highlights to businesses;
  •  How does the relationship need to change between a manager and employees;
  • Employers should be aware of the “bullying” provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009.
