Jenny Odgers is the General Manager Corporate Responsibility at Metro Trains Melbourne, the operator of Melbourne’s rail network. She is a leader in social sustainability including in community investment and education, accessibility and inclusion. Her role includes helping to drive the ESG agenda for Metro.

Jenny has held senior roles in the corporate responsibility area over her career with Shell Australia, EnergyAustralia and now Metro Trains Melbourne. Jenny is purpose driven to positively impact the lives of customers, employees and the community and to drive responsible business actions.
