The Victorian Chamber is supporting the Australia Africa Chamber of Commerce’s (AACC’s) inaugural summit as it facilitates trade opportunities and pathways for others seeking to enter these markets.

The Australia Africa Business Summit 2023 will be held from 10-12 October 2023 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC).

The two-day conference will provide a unique opportunity to access key government representatives and private sector leaders with the shared aim of building business between Australia and Africa.

The event will bring together business leaders, governments, policymakers, investors and entrepreneurs from both continents, and international trade experts across sectors including agribusiness, energy, education, technology, healthcare, mining and more.

With an estimated participation of over 500 in-person delegates each day, the event offers extensive networking opportunities and a platform for knowledge sharing, gaining insights into emerging trends, and understanding the complex dynamics of Australia-Africa trade relations.

Highlighting the value of the event, key guests will include Victorian Treasurer and Minister for Trade and Investment Tim Pallas, Federal Minister for Trade & Tourism Don Farrell, and Africa Continental Free Trade Area Secretary General Wamkele Keabetswe Mene.
