Workforce Planning is the process of analysing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps, and determining target talent management interventions to ensure your organisation has the right people with the right skills.

By the end of the course, you will have a sound understanding of the technical planning skills required to implement and manage effective workplace programs, including governance, monitoring, evaluation, and iteration.
