The package focuses on supporting small and medium businesses through cash payments, wage subsidies for apprentices and trainees and a significant expansion of the instant asset write-off.

We know this funding won’t solve the pandemic, but it will help ease the cashflow hardship many members are facing and help you to pay bills, pay staff and stay afloat.

As the Prime Minister said in his announcement, business keeps people in jobs and during these tough times it is vital that they are given the assistance needed to keep their employees and survive until the coronavirus is contained and our economy can rebound.
