The new year is well underway and so are our plans for the year ahead. With businesses returning from their summer breaks, January provides a good opportunity to plan and set new goals for 2019. 

With the State Election now behind us, we are focusing our attention on the forthcoming Federal Election – seeking to ensure that Victorian business priorities are at the forefront of the political agenda. 

In other news, we have an impressive list of events confirmed for 2019. I hope you can join us at the fourth event in our ignite series on Tuesday 19 February. This time, we have partnered with Swinburne University of Technology to explore what space technologies and services can be applied (and have been applied) to business operations, and how businesses can contribute to the success of the next space mission.

Now in its second year, the ignite innovation series is an exciting collaboration between the Victorian Chamber, Victorian universities, business and government to present world leaders in innovation, new technology development and creativity. Registrations are now open.
