Stephen Grech is a Lean Director who strives to empower staff to “be part of the business process improvement solution” by learning to see process waste and then building the capability to solve business problems. Stephen uses Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques to improve processes and develop internal capability to continuously improve the way you do business. Stephen has implemented a number of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S in the Office/Factory and Lean organisational improvement projects in the public and private sectors.

Stephen’s expertise within the Victorian Chamber includes lean leadership, value stream mapping, 5s principles and programs and general business and process improvement and innovation.
