Phil is an OHS professional whose experience spans 30 years. He has provided specialist occupational health and safety assistance to organisations across a range of industry types including pharmaceutical manufacturing, power and water utilities, airports, public transport, health and community services, emergency services and tourism.

He is a qualified OHS Professional with a mix of in-house and external consulting and training experience including public sector exposure. He provides specialist assistance in the areas of OHS law, risk management, incident investigation, health and safety system development, gap analyses and improvement, culture development and planning.

Phil is a past President of the Safety Institute of Australia Ltd (SIA) and represented the SIA on the International Network of Safety and Health Practitioner Organisations (INSHPO). He was the INSHPO President in 2011 and 2012.

Phil also represents the Chamber, its members and clients at WorkSafe Victoria and Safe Work Australia forums.
