Building on Part One, in this course leaders will develop skills, enabling them to provide clarity, direction, and confident communication within their teams. They will gain tools to inspire and motivate their teams for greater success, while also cultivating an inclusive workplace culture through coaching techniques. Additionally, leaders develop skills to support their employees for both short and long-term performance, fostering growth and development.
