Greer has held roles across a range of disciplines and her experience includes generalist HR advice, recruitment and on-boarding, Award interpretation, conduct and performance issues, conflict/grievance management, workplace training and people strategy.

Greer enjoys working with members and believes in building lasting relationships. Greer is all about open communication; asking the right questions, isolating the problem and identifying solutions that fit members’ needs.

Greer prides herself on being approachable and relatable. She can support with strategic advice and then also follow up with how this can be operationalised. Greer works hard to ensure members feel supported and understood whilst providing an excellent service.
