Marwat is an experienced Workplace Relations Consultant within the Consulting team and prides herself on getting to know and understand our members’ businesses. Her knowledge spans the breadth of workplace relations issues faced by businesses and as a result she is able to provide timely practical advice and solutions. Marwat has specialist knowledge in modern award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation as well as wage audits, and practical application of the Fair Work Act 2009. Marwat also assists Victorian Chamber members keep up-to-date of the ever changing legislative framework by developing targeted and informative Workplace Relations content and materials for various Victorian Chamber publications and member resources.
