Step 1	Create an account and log into My Portal.*
Step 2	Go into ChamberCERTIFY^®and complete the relevant registration form dependent on the document type
Step 3	Registration form will be reviewed by the trade officer
Step 4	Once registration has been approved, create and lodge COO application per shipment
Step 5	Trade officer will review the application
