Aileen O’Carroll, a Partner within the Tax Advisory team at Pitcher Partners Melbourne, is a skilled tax professional with over 20 years’ experience across professional services and tax industry. Starting her corporate tax career in the UK, she honed her skills to specialise in transfer pricing before bringing her knowledge and expertise to Australia. After working as an adviser for over a decade at a Big 4 firm, Aileen created and continues to lead, the transfer pricing and governance team at Pitcher Partners.

She has a reputation for challenging the status quo and looking for alternative ways to tackle problems. She takes an active interest in tax matters more broadly and previously (by invite) sat on the Committee of the International Tax Review Forum (Cambridge Forum). She also sits on the Transfer Pricing Committee for the Tax Institute of Australia and compéres and presents for local tax events and global webinars. Aileen is committed to driving positive change in her professional life as well in her roles within the community.
