Most people know that mental health problems are common and disabling. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence based first aid course which, like traditional first aid, teaches an easy to remember ‘Action Plan’ (ALGEE) which can be drawn upon when providing support.

It is invaluable in today’s workplace to ensure there are people who know how to offer help to someone showing the signs and symptoms of a developing mental health problem or a mental health crisis.

This two-day training is suited to any adult. This course is not a therapy or support group, rather an education program to learn how to give mental health first aid to others.
