Sally is a qualified non-practising employment lawyer with over seven years’ experience, having worked closely with employers advising on all aspects of employment. Sally has worked closely with employers to provide practical and commercial advice and solutions. Her experience includes drafting contracts and policies, interpreting and advising on the Fair Work Act, modern awards, contracts and enterprise agreements and assisting clients with navigating issues such as disciplinary action, performance management, dispute settlement negotiation, terminations, restructures and redundancies. She has also assisted employers with employment-related litigation, including unfair dismissal, general protections claims and contractual claims.
