Sally is a non-practising employment lawyer, having worked closely with employers advising on all aspects of employment. Her experience includes drafting policies, interpreting and advising on the Fair Work Act 2009, modern awards and enterprise agreements, and assisting clients with navigating issues such as disciplinary action, performance management, dispute settlement negotiation, dismissals, restructures and redundancies. Sally is focused on working collaboratively with members to understand their business so that she can provide timely and straightforward advice which assists them in achieving their overall commercial goals.
